In meinen&nbsp;<strong>Mobbingpr\u00e4ventionskursen<\/strong>&nbsp;lernen Kinder, wie sie Mobbing erkennen, damit umgehen und sich oder anderen helfen k\u00f6nnen. Ziel ist es,&nbsp;<strong>Opfer zu st\u00e4rken, T\u00e4terverhalten zu ver\u00e4ndern<\/strong>&nbsp;und&nbsp;<strong>Zuschauer zu ermutigen<\/strong>, nicht wegzusehen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was lernen Kinder in den Kursen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde0&nbsp;<strong>Was ist Mobbing?<\/strong><br>Ich &nbsp;erkl\u00e4re kindgerecht die Unterschiede zwischen Streit, Konflikt und gezieltem Mobbing \u2013 mit Beispielen aus dem Alltag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f&nbsp;<strong>Selbstschutz &amp; Grenzen setzen<\/strong><br>Kinder lernen, ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Grenzen zu erkennen, &#8222;Nein&#8220; zu sagen und sich verbal und nonverbal zu behaupten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcac&nbsp;<strong>Kommunikation &amp; Selbstbehauptung<\/strong><br>Starke Sprache, klare K\u00f6rpersprache, sich Hilfe holen \u2013 wie man sich selbstbewusst verh\u00e4lt, ohne aggressiv zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2764\ufe0f&nbsp;<strong>Empathie &amp; Gemeinschaft st\u00e4rken<\/strong><br>F\u00f6rderung eines respektvollen Miteinanders, St\u00e4rkung des Mitgef\u00fchls und Mut machen, sich f\u00fcr andere einzusetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc40&nbsp;<strong>Die Rolle der &#8222;Zuschauer&#8220;<\/strong><br>Was kann ich tun, wenn ich Mobbing beobachte?
